This is a beautiful, new-without-tags, linen ruffle top by MINAN Wong, made in the USA. No fabric tag, but guessing this is either linen or linen blend in oatmeal, tangerine and mauve vertical pinstripe detailing. Item slips on over-the-head wth left side zip closure. Pretty ruffle falls from left shoulder across item and down right side of top. Ruffle detail continues on the back of item. The approximate measurements are 33 inches at bust, 31 inches at waist, 34 inches at hips, 21 inches in length not including RUFFLE. This is my only one, don’t miss it!
